How did I get here?
I'm someone who needs a good 8-9 hours of sleep a night, so when I had my first baby I found my head was foggy, my patience was low and I had no confidence in myself as a new mum.
So I took time to learn about infant sleep, and it was so exciting to see the techniques I'd learned start to work for me. The best part was I wasn't even compromising on her needs. Everything I did was responsive. I never let her cry it out, and she started sleeping wonderfully.
That experience inspired me to become a sleep coach, so I can help other families get the sleep they need without compromising on the bond with their children.
